What will be discussed during the first consultation?

I will like to first get to know the homeowners’ requirements and lifestyles, and any ideas or themes from the homeowners will be appreciated as well to understand what they are looking for.

How long would it take to receive the quotation or design proposal?

Within 1 to 2 weeks after the first consultation

Is there a design fee apart from the construction quotation?

A fee of $7 per square foot is chargeable, consisting of:

One construction drawing, subjected to a maximum number of 2 revisions only

A further 30% discount will be provided if homeowners engage in our contractor services.

Will the homeowners be liaising with you throughout the entire process of the project?

No, my director and assistant will be the ones liaising with the homeowner for all design consultations and quotation-related queries. For major projects, I will be handling the project on my own while the main contractor will be working with us on projects such as landed property.

How will the shopping process for furniture/fittings and materials take place?

I will be accompanying all homeowners for the respective shopping processes if required. Otherwise, I can provide advice via text as well.
