Started looking for an ID during the circuit breaker period. Spoke to 4, and Zhiqi was the last I spoke to. After my first conversation with Zhiqi, I didn’t think twice to go with her. She was very professional and know her stuff. I just threw out some of my requirements, and she immediately know what I want.

Throughout the renovation period, Zhiqi kept me up to date with the progress very frequently. Zhiqi also accompanied me personally to select tiles, sanitary and lightings, giving me lots of advice along the way.

The final product is perfect! It is so close to the original drawing, and the workmanship is really good.

Overall, I cannot ask for more and highly highly recommend Zhiqi!

As I embarked on my search for ID, I’m just like others who went through the usual big platforms and visited events to meet up with various ID.
