The unique design of these Condominium units in The Trillinq allow for lofts to be in-built to maximise as much space as possible. Though simplicity and cleanliness was one of the requests, see how Raymond executed his homeowner’s brief to turn this blank space into a Scandinavian abode filled with custom storage spaces.

“For this particular unit, the original flooring as it was in good condition,” Raymond shared. “I in-built the dining bench area which doubles up as a storage space as well since my homeowners needed a lot of storage area.”
Storage coves were also added to the stairs to create more space for the homeowners.
