I will like to first get to know the homeowners’ design and aesthetic requirements. From there on I will try to understand their pain points and come up with solutions in the proposal.

A fee of $75 per square metre is chargeable, consisting of:
5 perspectives of 3D drawings with 2 revisions, along with detailed technical drawing to scale.
Homeowners can choose to purchase the design on its own as well.
Yes, I will be liaising with the homeowner for all design consultations and quotation-related queries, including managing the project. However, an in-house designer will be assisting me in the project.
I will be accompanying all homeowners for the shopping of materials and equipment. However, I will usually provide advice via text in the case for furniture.

We spoke to a few IDs from different firm before deciding engaging Kar Kwang. KK design ideas stood out the most and his attention to details give us a lot of confidence in his ability to manage our renovation. KK was very responsive toward all our enquiry and questions and explained to us in detail at the start of every week what was going to be done for that week. They were also very accommodating to our last min changes. The defects were rectified almost immediately, and we hand the handover 1 week after the defects checking. Everything was done with good standard.
Overall, we are satisfied with the renovation and highly recommend KK for the design of your new home.
