The first consultation is for me to understand the requirements of the homeowners, their lifestyle and for the homeowners to share their ideas and mood board with me.

I will prepare a high level breakdown on cost estimation within 5 days after our first meeting. If all is well, I will prepare a design proposal within 3 weeks.

I charge a $5500 professional fee for conceptualization, 3D visuals and site coordination/management.

Yes, I will liaise with the homeowner personally until the completion of the project, generally a WhatsApp group chat will be created for communication. However, a Project Manager will assist me in handling all matters on site.

I will shop for materials with the homeowners making it a priority to understand homeowners needs and giving them our recommendations on matters regarding furniture and fittings, to match the overall theme.
