Within 2 weeks after the first consultation.
A fee of $3000-$5000 professional fee is chargeable for conceptualization, 3D visuals, site coordination/management, detailed drawings of carpentry work, lighting and electrical plan.
From the first sketch to the final styling, we will liaise with the homeowner personally
until the completion of the project. Our Project Manager will handles the gritty on-site
logistics.
We suggest, you choose. Our base scope includes the styling of your space. We act
as your quality filter, reviewing your choices to ensure they fit the scale, tone, and
sustainability standards of the design.
