This four-story home was transformed from a conventional layout into a bespoke ecosystem that elegantly balances communal living with autonomous sanctuaries. Inspired by the warmth and functionality of luxury hospitality, the design introduces a series of curated experiences. A professional-grade kitchen caters to multiple helpers, while discreet pantries and mini-kitchens on various levels allow for both intimate gatherings and large-scale entertaining. A seamlessly integrated lift ensures accessibility, connecting a vibrant basement
activity zone to a top-floor entertainment lounge. The result is a timeless and highly functional environment—a testament to designing not just a house, but a legacy home for connection, autonomy, and modern family life.

This private landed house project addressed the dual challenges of maximizing space and integrating a prominent structural cross column within a new, expanded master bedroom footprint. The design successfully absorbed the existing balcony and established a luxury hospitality aesthetic. Our central solution involved converting the cross column into a design asset, framing it with bespoke curved wood joinery that softens its lines and incorporates ambient feature lighting. This attention to detail continues in the full-height cabinetry, which efficiently addresses extensive
storage needs while including a sophisticated display case and a functional ad-hoc workspace.
