Turnaround Time

First contact – within 3 working days

First consultation – within 1 to 2 weeks after first contact

What will be discussed during the first consultation?

I will go through the floor plan and homeowners’ moodboard with them, to find out the feasibility of the project based on the scope of works, timeline, budget, and design preferences.

Consultation can only be done in my office, where all material samples and portfolio references are available.

How long would it take to receive the quotation or design proposal?

No quotation will be given, only a budget estimate and layout proposal will be provided within 3 weeks after the first consultation.

Is there a design fee apart from the construction quotation?

A fee ranging from $3,000 to $30,000 is chargeable, subjected to the project size and extent of design works. It will consist of:

3D perspectives, floor plan, electrical plan, lighting plan, detail drawings, material selection with samples, consultations on furniture and fittings (lights, basins, etc.) There is no restriction to the number of revisions, but amendments will only be made after a constructive discussion.

Homeowners can choose to purchase the design on its own as well.

Will the homeowners be liaising with you throughout the entire process of the project?

Yes, I will be the main point of contact for all design consultations and quotation related queries, including managing the project. However, another designer will be assisting in the site related matters of the project, while a dedicated project manager will be assigned to manage the project.

How will the shopping process for furniture/fittings and materials take place?

I can personally source for the homeowners provided a sufficient budget. Alternatively, I can also provide advice on the aesthetic and measurement aspects of the pieces sourced by the homeowners.
