I will like to get to know the homeowners’ requirements and lifestyle, as well as share my past experiences and relevant references that contribute to the discussion.
Within 1 to 2 weeks after the first consultation for the design proposal and another 1 to 2 weeks for quotation respectively.
A fee of $2,500 is chargeable, consisting of:
3D and detailed technical drawings (no restriction to views and revisions), consultations on styling/fittings, and site coordination.
No, I will be liaising with the homeowner for all design consultations and quotation-related queries. While a dedicated project manager will be assigned to manage the project.
1-year warranty from my company during the Defects Rectification Period against defective materials and workmanship at no cost, which will take effect from the date of handing over.

Found Ebenezer after seeing a total of 23 ID/Design&Build companies. It’s usually very difficult to find an ID who is good in both design and project management. And he excels in both. He’s also known to read people very well. So he will think from each client’s point of view and combine it with his professional judgement to advise his clients.
During the planning phase, Ebenezer was critical as I am very indecisive. He would run through the pros and cons for me. When I still couldn’t decide (which is most of the time), I will ask him to decide for me. This helped me a lot as it’s super stressful for me to make so many decisions.
During the renovation, I only went down to the unit twice for goods acceptance. Ebenezer did all the heavy lifting in checking that the place is completed earlier than scheduled and to a level of detail that as an non-ID, I won’t have an eye for.
I wanted a place of my own since young and was very concerned that after all these efforts, the place might not turn out as I had wished for. But Ebenezer made my dream come true. I feel like home stepping into my home and very blessed to have found Ebenezer.
