I will like to get to know the homeowners’ likes and dislikes, and any ideas or themes from the homeowners will be appreciated as well to understand what they are looking for.

A fee of $10-$15 per square foot is chargeable (depending on the job scope), consisting of:
Sketch up, 3D and technical drawings.
However, the design fee will be rebated (by percentage) given the project has been awarded to us.
Yes, I will be the main point of contact for all design consultations and quotation related queries, including managing the project. However, a dedicated project manager will be assigned to supervise the project with me.
I will be accompanying all homeowners for the respective shopping processes if required. Otherwise, I will provide necessary advices.

We engaged Bing for our first house, a four-room BTO, as we had no clue on interior design. Before we decided on Bing, we did meet more IDs. We received many proposals but eventually still decided on Bing.
On design aspect, Bing was sophisticated and innovative. Visitors always go wow while visiting our house. On the workmanship quality, Bing was prompt to rectify all mistakes during the renovation. On timeline, we had one of the most demanding timeline to meet/avoid certain key dates based on chinese calendar and yet, Bing was able to accommodate and execute exactly to the timeline.
We were very much hands off for the whole duration of the renovation as Bing has stepped up to his role to coordinate, chase and complete outstanding issues.

For starters, I have personally worked with a couple of designers prior to Bing, and I just got to say that he is the one of the best designer I have worked with. Bing was able to respond promptly, whenever we have any questions, and also he was able to meet all our requests. He is very creative and I really like his sense of taste, he managed to show a different perspectives to the designs he proposed. Bing is really easy to communicate with, that I find myself having no trouble at all to communicate my ideal design with him. One of the best quality about him is how helpful and polite he was, he was extremely patient with all my family members’ requests. In addition, Bing was able to keep to our budget and timeline.
Our whole renovation experience was very enjoyable, fun and stress free. When we bought our unit from a pair of old couple with very little renovation and old fashioned outlook back at 20 years ago, we already knew we have to do an over-haul and a complete face lift of the entire house in order to make our dream home come true and Bing was the answer. He was simple competent, brilliant and very resourceful. He was also extremely patient and explain in detail of issues that may or may not happen during the renovation. The most impressive part was he actually came to our house almost every single day to oversee the whole process. We were very happy with him and even after our renovation, we still go back to him for every issues with our home repairs and etc even to recommending a few of our close friends to him.
