An expression of modern luxury in a quiet, spacious form – The Jewelux terrace house is a home of rhythm, light, and tailored restraint. Every curve, texture, and proportion was considered to create a space that feels sculpted, timeless, and livable.

Designing for a terrace format required careful light choreography. With limited external openings, the focus was placed on spatial layering and controlled reveals, allowing light to move across curved surfaces and textured finishes.

Details like recessed handles, fluted stone, and brass lighting trims were tailored to suit the geometry of the home. The palette was kept cohesive to amplify calmness and ensure continuity from space to space.
