My personal experience in engaging an interior designer began with my first condominium (The Sensoria) in 2007. Back then, my wife & I were clueless as to who we should engage since this was our first time looking for one. For starters, we reached out to our friends for help but unfortunately, we could not get much from them. In our mind, the ideal candidate should be someone who is trustworthy and talented. In retrospect, I must say that I have been very fortunate to have found Terrence Soh from the many home décor magazines that I had bought during that period. The thing that caught my attention was his design which stood out amongst the rest and that’s when I decided to contact him. Instinctively, I felt then that there was something special about him. Terence did not fail to impress me from our very first meeting. He ticked all the right boxes and much more. Unlike some designers whom I have come across, Terence patiently listens to all our needs and generously provide creative ideas and solutions to further enhance the overall enjoyment of our property in terms of the amount of natural light filtering into our home, space & storage optimization, movement flow etc. while constantly finding the best approach to keep cost within the constraints of our budget.

Over the last 14 years, Terrence has successfully completed four of our properties (latest project: Villa Marina Condominium in Feb 2021) which comprised of various design themes (e.g. resort, colonial & modern contemporary). The level of attention, professionalism and quality of work from Terrence continue to shine through all the projects that I have given him. Due to his solid track record, I have recommended many of my friends over the years to seek his help and expertise. I have also recently recommended my daughter to him and as expected Terrence delivered on all points as promised! Again!

I find Terrence to be honest, trustworthy and highly capable. His years of experience in honing his craft & talent will certainly prove to be a great asset to anyone who is seeking for an interior designer.

I would also like to take this opportunity to offer my sincere thanks and appreciation to Terrence for all his time and effort in transforming all my homes into a so much more livable and enjoyable one for me and my family. We certainly had many good memories living in every one of them.
