I will prefer to let homeowners share their ideas and moodboard (if any) with me, understand their lifestyle and what they would like to achieve for their home.
The design proposal will be ready within 1-2 weeks after our requirements session.
Our design fee of $6300 is separate from the construction quotation and homeowners can purchase the design from us if they choose not to use our contractors.

I will shop for tiles with my homeowners but will not shop for furnitures and fittings. Usually I will contact them via Whatsapp to offer my advise on their purchases.
We offer 12 months warranty against product and workmanship defects.

Michelle is excellent at what she does, and has a wonderful attitude. She is responsive and responsible, and her technical drawings are specific and so well done. Even when on holidays, she is responsive and notes down comments made, and acts upon them when she can. She has good advice, and always has a suggestion and solution for any issue or hiccup. She also does a good job handing over the project to the contractor. It is rare to find ethical, creative and responsible IDs, and Michelle is a real gem.
