Dess took on the challenge to interpret our reno brief and design our resale flat. We had some pretty big demands for our small home – we wanted a flexible space that could host up to 20 guests, accommodate friends crashing for a couple of nights, display our art and collectibles, etc. Dess took the time to understand our lifestyle and presented a very innovative concept with mobile furniture that can be moved around to change the interior according to our needs and whims. Dess has created such a unique home for us to live and play in, we couldn’t imagine living anywhere else!

I’ve known Dess through my colleague who had transformed her 5BR HBD flat into a functional space with a modern vintage flavour through Dess a while back.  I knew back then that when I get my own place, I will call Dess…and that’s exactly what I did!  He and his team provided one-stop service for my 2.5 story apartment renovation in Bukit Timah from design to finish, all the way to home styling.  I am extremely happy and grateful to have a true home that our family can enjoy and spend our lives together.  Thank you, Dess! I have been away for almost 20 years. Dess ushered me back home to a unique and rare HDB maisonette with an open terrace on level 23 and 24. “It’s a landed (property) in the air”, quipped a witty young friend. Dess has helped me to develop my dream home ideas into a reality by containing my fickle mind. Dess and his team nudged my vision with great creativity, and expanded the possibilities I could not have thought of. As the flat is more than three decades old and issues begun to surface after the renovations, Dess patiently and steadfastly tackle them one by one. I feel secure with him and his team. This flat is where I call my base now. My beautiful secure base indeed.
