As a young newlywedded couple who have gotten our very first BTO and with no prior knowledge to renovation, we are extremely glad that we have chosen Averse Yau to walk this journey with us. During the very first meeting with our ID Averse, we were elated that we were able to click well and he knew exactly what kind of concept we wanted for our new home. 

When Averse showed us the 3D design, my wife and I instantly knew that choosing him was the best decision that we ever made. Averse clearly understood what we wanted and I must say that the design was so elegant and pretty that we couldn’t wait to see the final product. In addition, we did not have to crack our brain to make any changes to the design because it was simply too perfect. 

Throughout the whole renovation journey, words simply can’t express our heartfelt appreciation to Averse for being so helpful, trusting and patient. Both my wife and I are busy with work, hence we were not able to be home to oversee the renovation works and delivery of items but thankfully, Averse always assured us that everything will be in place and he will personally see to it. 

Alas, now the renovation is completed, I am extremely grateful that the final layout turned out to look even better than the 3D design. Many would know that BTO nowadays are quite small but with the design that Averse had come up with, this did not pose any issues to us because the whole outlook looks so spacious and cosy! 

Thank you Averse for designing such a lovely place where my wife and I are proud to call it “our home”. 

1st time renovation and on top of design work and excellent overall management of all thing, appreciate very much the effectiveness, prompt and detailed attention, responsiveness, and accommodating service of the ID Averse Yau. 

Entire project had a tight timeline yet was completed on time and with no major rectification issue at all. Additional things such as assisting in choosing other house accessories and furniture, or coordinating with lighting, fans or other contractors not usually within the ID’s purview will also kindly extended without any additional charge. Thank you for the great work.

We were walking round our new estate and happened to see one of the unit door wide open. We were curious to see the interior of the house so we stood at the gate to look inside and Averse saw us and invited us in to look around. He was very friendly and showed us around. After which we decided to make an appointment with him at his office to discuss more about doing renovation for our new house. 

During the appointment, he was able to quickly draw up an initial design of our new house based on the requirements. We wanted a practical and easy to maintain house, with many many storage area and he was able to give us that while infusing his creative ideas into the overall design. He took into account my family’s needs and likes and gave us all rooms with our own colours and functions while maintaining a pleasant, nice, and beautiful theme that runs through the whole house.

Throughout the renovation process, Averse was. very responsive and responsible. He was also very helpful and will go with us when we wanted his opinion when purchasing doors, lighting, flooring, and even sofa. He would give us very helpful and creative suggestions regarding the colour and the design of the items. He even went the extra mile to keep my youngest son occupied by letting him play his favourite game on his tablet. 

We are very satisfied and happy with our new house. It’s a beautifully designed and renovated house. Thank you very much Averse for your creative and beautiful design.
