Playing with stark contrasts with white walls / ceilings and dark carpentry / flooring, the aim of the homeowners was for us to design their 5-room flat such that we balance the space planning and aesthetics, with sufficient storage and display areas to cater to their hobbies. One of the main wants was to create a display area for their Bearbrick collection, as well as a nook for their watch collection near the window, as those watches were solar powered. We also designed a walk-in-wardrobe with a concealed door in the master bedroom so that the different schedules of the couple wouldn’t affect each other.
