Designer: Jasmine & Qi Xuan
Property Type: HDB, Maisonette
Renovation Cost: $156,300
A refreshing take on an HDB maisonette, Sage Leaves brings together the warmth of parquet flooring with rich dark wood finishes and a distinctive mix of sage green, deep blue and muted red tones.
Rather than keeping the palette safe and neutral, colours are thoughtfully layered throughout the home to give each space its own character. The parquet flooring adds warmth and familiarity, while darker timber elements ground the brighter hues and create a sense of depth.
The result is a home that feels warm, expressive and slightly nostalgic—where the charm of the maisonette is retained, but reimagined with a bolder and more playful personality.
