The living hall features an overhead cladding with flushed lego downlight, coupled with a light trough that runs the length from floor to ceiling and a cement textured paint finish. The carpentry built-ins are in matte black laminate finishing to achieve cohesiveness throughout the home. 

The flooring was overlaid with dark-coloured and water-resistant vinyl flooring. Darker toned furniture was specially selected to ensure consistency was achieved in the space.

Grey blackout fabric was paired with light drapes as the window treatment to add soft touches to the living hall. A light grey fabric two-seater couch was chosen to allow a variation of tone while maintaining cohesiveness. The walls are painted in grey while the ceiling is kept in white to avoid appearing too visually heavy at the top.

A dark coloured wood grain outdoor decking for the balcony was chosen.

The island is a Kompacplus countertop that comes with a waterfall edge feature and was created for the homeowners to host family and friends. It also doubles up as a quick dining area.
