A fee of $12 per square feet is chargeable (minimum of $10,000), consists of:
Full set of construction drawings, sketch up and FF&E selection.
Yes, we will be liaising with the homeowner for all design consultations and quotation-related queries, including managing the project.
We will be accompanying all homeowners for the respective shopping processes.
