I would prefer to let homeowners share their ideas and moodboard, if any, with me, in order to understand their lifestyle and what they would like to achieve for their home.
The design proposal will be ready within 1-2 weeks after First Consultation.
There will be a design fee of 5% of the total contract amount.
I will be liaising with the homeowner for all design consultations and quotation-related queries, including managing the project.
I will be accompanying homeowners for the respective shopping processes, including shopping for materials, furniture, and fittings. I will also be able to provide advice via text.
12-months warranty.
