We engaged Monica for our first renovation journey and it was the best choice we made. From the get-go, she was extremely meticulous, ensured that our precise requirements (relating to design, schedules etc) were met, patient in going through all our queries (since this was our first time) and delivered a solid end-product that we couldn’t be happier with.

1. Meticulous: Monica’s attention to detail was very apparent from the beginning, where she was the only designer to spot a mistake (completely unintentional!) in our brief document. Her design did not just suit our taste, but also ensured that it was functional and suited every little detail of our lifestyle.
2. Delivering: We had a very tight schedule and specific design requirements which Monica ensured was adhered to. She struck a right balance between sorting the issues out on her own and engaging us when needed. In circumstances where we made some last-minute adjustments, she took it upon herself to manage them within our deadlines. The overall workmanship of the carpentry was also tiptop and surpassed our expectations.
3. Patient: Given that this was our first renovation experience, we had lots of questions and assumptions. Monica was extremely prompt and patient in responding to these, even on weekends. She also gave us several invaluable household tips and hacks which we have adopted.
4. Solid end-product: We absolutely love our new home and could not be happier with the design – simple yet elegant, functional yet sophisticated and most importantly timeless. We especially love how she incorporated our existing furniture pieces, sometimes in ways we could not have imagined on our own.

Monica listens to our needs very carefully and has been very accommodative to our various requests throughout the entire renovation journey. Her attention to details spans the entire journey from initial meet-up to understamd customer, 3D model drawing, renovation timelines schedule, co-ordinating on our various equipment installation and furniture delivery, minor follow-up rectifications post Circuit Breaker. Overall, workmanship from her contractors has been on point too! Thumbs up TO Monica and highly recommended!
