This corner terrace house was revamped into a bright and airy home that’s beautiful yet functional.

White-washed oak veneer was used throughout the house, contrasting with the ebony-stained flooring and dark wood furniture.

A restructuring was done on the first level by splitting the living area from the dining and dry kitchen, and pushing the wet kitchen to the rear to create a better workflow.

The dated staircase was then clad with veneer to create a sculptural stage to the dramatic Bocci lighting that spans the entire length of three stories.

The front and side of the house were made over by adding in a textured granite wall and bench at the front, with a water feature and landscape carved into the side boundary that brought the outdoors in.
