First consultation – within one week after first contact

The first consultation will always be carried out to understand the needs of the homeowners, what they have in mind, and if it is possible to execute their ideas. Additionally, I will check with them on the types of materials they like (eg. terrazzo, marble with heavy or lighter veins, wood finishing, wood tone), which I will then take all of them into consideration when drafting my proposal in order to plan a soothing and comfortable home for them.

I will usually do up a proposal within 2 weeks of meeting with the homeowners after the first consultation.

We charge a design fee of $8/psf for projects done by us, and it will be the same if clients wish to purchase the designs as the renovation plans and the detailed drawings for carpentry will be given to them. We will provide 3D drawings for the relevant areas that we will be conducting work on. We will also do the proper material proposals and furniture advising for the interior of the unit. This includes the detailed carpentry drawing & renovation plans.

I will personally conduct the liaising from the first meet up to the proposals of the moodboard and spatial planning. All of my own projects are run by me alone, unless I am unable to accept any more, which I will then offer clients with the choice to engage our own builders to come in if they so wish, and in this case, I will still be the main point of contact overseeing the whole project, but the builders will be the one to coordinate.

I will usually do a proposal on the kind of furniture that fits the vision and interior, then if the clients requests to shop around, I will recommend that they send the furniture that have caught their eye into the group chat created for the purpose of the renovation and I will advise them from there. However, if they wish to explore further at high-end furniture shops, I will accompany the homeowners along to the store for better advise.

We offer a 12-month warranty for product and workmanship defects.
