Pearlin was super responsive throughout our journey of designing and renovating our BTO. It was during covid times, but she made sure everything stayed on schedule or at least made sure we were kept informed of any changes. She regularly dropped in to check on the contractors, and work that was done. She was patient with us when it came to making decisions of the designs, tiles, flooring, carpentry, etc. She also physically brought us to chose the designs of the materials used. Nothing was impossible for her to do, especially when we made special or strange requests for our home.

Engaged Pearlin for the renovation of our 20 year old flat. She was very responsive to our requests and professional in handling some last minute changes and rectifications. She worked on tight deadlines but there was no compromise to the quality of the work.

We are very happy with how the final look and feel turn out to be. Pearlin provided practical design solutions, as well as colour and theme. She has attention to details and modifications / additions were made even a few months after we moved back.

This was my first time renovating a flat and before that I have spoken to many interior design companies about my preferences and concerns.
However, Pearlin had put me at ease by listening and understand my concerns (budget, duration of renovation, etc) from the beginning.

She would provide her expert opinion and also update me on the renovation progress. Throughout my engagement with her, I find her to be professional, responsive, and understanding.
