With older flats, there’s a balance between heritage and modernity, it has a lot more charm and character than the newer properties. Clients who buy older flats tend to also be geared more towards remodelling the configuration of the layout which in turn initiates higher individualization and room for a distinctive style story.

With a background in design, I’m always fascinated by visual and sensory associations and love exploring materiality. Being an Interior Designer, I get to capture the human connection in order to build the environment.
Mandy and her team were very reliable throughout the project, always prompt and even proactive in their communication with us. She also helped to recommend some online shops we could purchase interior accessories from to style up our home.
It was such a pleasure having Mandy make my dreams come true. She is strong, dynamic and motivated! She patiently listened to all of my ideas and then improved on them and brought them to life! She is also easy going which makes communication such a breeze, have good taste and is so knowledgable. Did i mention she has good taste? Designing our home with Mandy has been an absolute joy. Of the various designers, only Mandy spoke to us of the use of light and colour in the house. (And this was just the first meeting!)
By our second meeting, she had laid out a colour and material palette that totally sold us on having her as our designer. I loved how she even brought this cool gadget to digitally measure the house, just to confirm the dimensions.
Being designers ourselves (just not in the interior scene), it was a blast debating colours and motifs as we shopped for lights and tiles. Mandy may not outwardly express her thoughts all the time, but seek her opinion and she will reveal a wealth of understanding in home design. Mandy was also on top of the process of our home building with regular updates, in spite of the holiday season closing in on 2019.
I wholeheartedly recommend Mandy for any homes seeking an interior designer who thinks beyond simple functionality.
