A fee of $10,000 is chargeable, consisting of:
Up to 8 3D drawings, and carpentry drawings, subjected to a maximum number of 2 revisions only.
No, either my assistant or myself will be liaising with the homeowner for all design consultations and quotation-related queries. While a dedicated project manager will be assigned to manage the project.
I will be accompanying all homeowners for the respective shopping processes, subject to additional charges.
