This is a testimony for Ms Joan Hia and her company. My wife and I are working with Joan for the second time. This is our 2nd place designed by her. Joan works well with her clients in terms of proposing design and having flexibility to adjust to clients needs and taste. We especially like her bold designs. In terms of quality inspection, she makes sure her contractors are performing up to scratch. Her follow up after hand over is also good. In this covid period where delays are common, we think Joan did a very good job to keep to the original timeline. It was a very credible management of resources.
