My spouse and I recently worked with the team here and I’d like to just share our experience.

As this was our first renovation, we were rather apprehensive because of the horror stories that we’ve heard from other friends and family when working with other IDs. We were also unsure of certain things that we’d have to take note of when undergoing renovation. So we went around looking and getting quotes from multiple ID firms but none of them really shone or really gave input into what the design of the house would be like. They would have essentially gave us what we wanted and nothing more. Our last stop was to Jax and Joshua and we haven’t looked back since.

Josh, who we predominantly worked with, was very accommodating and did everything he could to try to understand what we were looking for. As we weren’t 100% fixed on what we wanted, he gave us many ideas to look at and gave us ideas that we didn’t consider before. His input, along with Jax and Bobby’s, was very helpful as he helped to incorporate all the things we wanted in a different style that we preferred. On top of that, Josh also went out of his way to really explain the entire process of renovation step by step and gave us a detailed timeline of what we could expect to be done. He made the effort to really make things easier for us by doing things like being at the house when things were being delivered and installed. He once collected an item that I had purchased and personally installed it for us.

Normally at the end of the renovations, most IDs seem to wash their hands off of the house, but Josh came to make sure that everything was done and touched up, even if it meant that he’d have to do it himself. He had also given us a pouch of items that we could use if we wanted to touched up the house ourselves in case he overlooked anything (which he didn’t).

As a whole the entire process of brainstorming ideas till the final product was definitely an enjoyable one! We’re glad that we had taken this first journey into renovations with Jax and Joshua and that we don’t have any horror stories to tell. I’d just also like to thank Josh, Bobby, and Jax for their help in giving us more than what we wanted in our first home!

My wife and I had an enjoyable experience working with the Jax and Joshua on the renovation of our home. Despite the difficulties we faced post-Circuit Breaker, Jax and Joshua managed to complete our home in a timely manner. Understands our budget well and is honest in recommending the best suited solutions to our needs. Always responsive and responsible!
