Paul & Ivan delivered a beautifully renovated house within our budget and timeframe. The house is both nicely designed and comfortable for daily life. We especially loved how they managed to help us balance our budget while giving us our desired down-to-earth aesthetic preferences. They also managed the construction phase very professionally yet peppered their interactions with a lot of personal touches!

We had a great experience with Ivan & Paul when we renovated our home. They made the process smooth and stress-free. Apart from their professionalism and giving us good design, material and construction advice, the thing that stood out most was their patience and understanding when we had to postpone the project due to a health emergency. 

Another thing that we appreciated was the separation of design fees from construction cost. That keeps overall cost clear will less conflicts of interest.

During the renovation process, a clear and realistic framework of what to expect was given. As a result, things moved along expeditiously. 

Overall, we are very happy with the results and am enjoying our new home!
