I will like to get to know the homeowners’ requirements and lifestyles, and any suggested ideas or themes will be appreciated as well to understand what they are looking for. I will also bring along some material samples for references.
Within 3 to 4 weeks after the first consultation
A fee of $2,000 is chargeable, consisting of:
Perspectives of 3D drawings (no fixed number of perspectives, depends on what is being required to showcase), up to 3 revisions.
However, we do not allow for homeowners to purchase the design alone.
No, I will be liaising with the homeowner for all design consultations and quotation-related queries, including managing the project. However, my partner Shalynn will takeover afterwards in regards to other communication matters.
I will be accompanying all homeowners for the shopping of materials and lightings. However, this will not apply for the case of furniture but I will be able to provide some advice via Whatsapp.
1-year warranty from our company against carpentry defects and 6 months warranty against tiling defects

My wife and I hope to have a unique design for our home and with space constraint, Edwin “played” with storage possibilities and made sure our design’s one of a kind and practical.
If you had previous encounters with IDs before, you will know visualization and 3D drawing is key to any renovation. Edwin drew the design to scale and had the flexibility to draw new ideas along the way into actual plans making it the perfect dream home design. The renovation turned out to be almost identical to the 3D drawing!
He also put his heart into the works, supervising every minor or major process and remembering small details my wife and I requested. You know renovation involves many sub contractors and getting everyone on the same page is a challenge he conquered.
In short, it is the vibe we look for with our IDs and Edwin’s vibe is dope and cool! Definitely recommending them to any of my friends and family!!
