We will introduce our company profile and the person in charge to the homeowners, and allow them to understand what and how we do things. Afterward, we will like to get to know the homeowners’ requirements and lifestyles, and any ideas or themes from the homeowners will be appreciated as well to understand what they are looking for. We prefer to use an unorthodox technique and walk the homeowners from the start to the end of the process before the contract is signed.
Within one week after the first consultation, including the first design draft and budgetary quote. The concrete plan will also include an interactive 3D design at the first meeting.
The chargeable design fee is included in the quotation.
Yes, we will be liaising with the homeowner for all design consultations and quotation-related queries, including managing the project.
We will be accompanying all homeowners for the respective shopping processes.
